If you wish to pursue a claim related to this agreement, your complaint must be filed in King County, D.C., and you accept the jurisdiction of the courts that are established there. You accept that if part of this agreement is considered invalid or unenforceable, that part no longer applies and is deemed removed from the agreement, but all other parts of the agreement remain in force. They also accept that we can replace the invalid party with a provision that reflects or is closest to the original intent. If we choose not to enforce a provision of the Treaty, you agree not to give up our right to do so in the future.
